Common questions › Trusting the numbers
How often should visibility be measured?
Use a feasible schedule and compare unchanged questions under compatible conditions. JanusLabs does not currently offer daily monitoring.
Frequency alone does not establish confidence
Record the service, date, market and settings for each reading. Frequent repeat answers may be related, and a complete accepted starting window matters more than an impressive schedule.
Agree dates before collecting
Choose dates and a scope that fit the approved allowance. Investigate failures and unconfirmed costs before collecting more. The Pilot’s current collection status needs confirmation; future customer frequency is not finalised.
Compare carefully
Keep failures unknown and report outcomes separately for each service. A later change in answers does not prove that a website edit caused it.
