Can't I just ask ChatGPT myself?
Yes. Asking a buyer question yourself is a useful starting point. Save the exact question, answer, date, service and sources, and treat it as one observation.
Start with a question your buyers ask
Check whether the answer identifies the correct business, recommends it or cites a relevant source. These are different outcomes; none alone proves that the answer is accurate.
Keep enough evidence to compare
Record the service and collection conditions, retain the original answer and use the same wording for a later comparison. An unavailable or failed answer stays unknown rather than counting as absence.
